3 maids film RAK housewife asleep

Three Asian housemaids are on trial in Ras Al Khaimah on charges of taking photographs of their female Emirati employer while asleep.

The eldest maid denied she was involved in the act while another maid is on holiday in her home country.

The Emirati told the court she insists on their trial on the grounds their act amounted to a “breach of trust".

“One maid confessed that she and the other two maids agreed to take shots of their employer while asleep, but that they have not used them any where,” the Arabic language daily Alittihad said.

It said the court adjourned hearings to the end of this month.
