Woman gives birth to her own grandchild

A 49-year-old woman acted as a surrogate for her daughter, who suffers from a serious heart condition.
The woman gave birth to her own grandson recently.

According to a report in the Daily Mail, the 25-year old Angel Herbert's heart condition could take a turn for the worse if she conceived. The mother offered to help by carrying her daughter’s and son-in-law’s child in her womb.

After the first round of IVF treatment she became pregnant and gave birth to her grandson without any complications.

The woman told the Daily Mail, "It was their child all along. It was just a room for rent."
