Teenager killed by classmates for befriending a girl

15-year-old boy was brutally stabbed and his body was left to rot in a mustard field. The victim's body was discovered by villagers who informed the police officials.




Initial investigations led the police to a couple of his classmates who had lured the victim with the promise of buying stationery. The boy was taken to an isolated place and put to death, reports Mid-Day.



The incident was a grim fallout of a Valentine's day altercation. The victim apparently befriended a girl whom one of the murderers was very fond of. The accused and the victim had a war of words of February 14 over the same girl.
