New Roads in Dubai - USD 12 bn

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority has announced plans to spend $12bn on roads infrastructure. In a bid to tackle Dubai's traffic problems, the RTA will build 500km of new roads including nine ring roads, 95 interchanges, and increase the number of creek crossing lanes to 47 by 2008 and 100 by 2020.
