14 th June morning there was my one hour important meeting with Andhra Pradesh chief minister honourable sri.Chandra Babu Naidu in his residence, we discussed all issues relating to zero budget natural farming, local cow, global warming, farming loan waivers,migration of rural youth, destruction of natural resources, failure of chemical and organic farming,food crisis, suicides of farmers, cancer, diabetes .heart attack. He was very positive to solve all these problems by zero budget natural farming mass movement. He declared me as a chief advisor to chief minister for converting entire state land under zero budget natural farming. I have accepted this proposal on one condition that as a advisor I will not take any rupees as honouraum, he agreed.                                                                                   Chief minister Sri, Chandrababu Naidu has proposed me to  start new special university for zero budget natural farming in capital Amravati of Andhrà Pradesh, for that purpose he sanctioned 100 acre land and 100 crore rupees  to establish this first university in the world. Thanks to chief minister Sri Chandra babu Naidu ji to take this historical decision. After long discussions I will finalize entire structure of this dream university.  ...
