Call it an amazing feat or a maze of world records – but Dubai has done it again. It’s just the third week of 2015, but Dubai has notched yet another world record – this time of the world’s largest vertical maze.
According to Guinness World Records, Dubai-based Al Rostamani Group today has confirmation from the records tally-keeper Guinness World Records that they have achieved the record for the largest vertical maze, for the Maze Tower.
The tower, an iconic 55-storey mixed-use building, with building work completed in January 2012, is positioned on Sheikh Zayed Road in the heart of the Dubai Financial District.
The main feature of this building is its intricate lines of balconies on the front and rear facades created in the shape of a maze which form real puzzles.
The total number of Guinness World Records that Dubai holds is now officially above 100
