His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, In his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai, has issued Cabinet decision No.18 for 2013 concerning fees of health card and curative and diagnostic services for non-nationals.
Article (2) of the decision, published in the Official Gazette, defines the fees for issuing and renewing a health card for non-nationals to be Dh500 per year for all ages. A fee of Dh300 will be levied for the issuance of a health card in lieu of a lost one.
Article (3) of the decision stipulates that the fees shown in the tables attached to the decision will be levied against the curative and diagnostic services provided by the Ministry of Health to non-nationals holding health cards. These fees will be doubled for those who do not hold ministry-issued health cards.
Article (4) stipulates that Cabinet shall make any amendments to the fees stated in the decision.
The decision will be effective 60 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
