Pakistani woman found dead in Sharjah

A 36-year-old Pakistani woman was found dead in a car in Sharjah, UAE daily newspaper The National reported on Sunday.

The dead body was discovered in a Dubai-registered Mercedes in the parking lot of a cafeteria in the Yarmouk district after midnight on Thursday, Sharjah Police told The National.

"The woman's body had some wounds, likely to have been inflicted as part of her murder," police said.

The gruesome discovery comes just over a week after the body of a murdered Filipina businesswoman was found in the boot of her car in Sharjah.
