Abu Dhabi paid parking time extended

Motorists in Abu Dhabi are required to pay parking fee until midnight.
The new rule by the Department of Transport is effective since Tuesday (August 21).
According to the system, paid parking hours extend from 8am until midnight - a total of 16 hours. However, those with residential permits can continue availing the free time between 9pm until 8am.
Officials will ensure the new rule is met with effectively, the department added.
