Veena Malik has now filed for monetary damages against For Him Magazine (FHM) to the sum of Rs.100,000,000 following the release of the magazine cover featuring the diva naked .
The notice reiterated that Malik's photos had been morphed.
Claiming irreparable harm, the notice said the respondents had committed offences punishable under the Indian Penal Code as well as Information and Technology Act, 2000.
