Dubai house prices to come down

Dubai house prices are set to moderate according to property analysts.

The moderation is due to begin in 2010, as supply and demand strike a balance.

There has been speculation in recent days over Dubai's supply and demand levels, with the massive bulk of units set to hit the market.

Up till now, there has been an annual price appreciation of 40.8 per cent in the residential segment in Dubai.

On current forecasts, prices are expected to increase moderately in 2009.
