The authorities in Dubai will implement a new rule for issuance of visas from August 20, making it mandatory for applicants to provide their photographs to prevent "manipulation or tampering".
The decision applies to all categories of visas. The objective is to protect people as it's a preventive action against any kind of manipulation or tampering of visas.
