Al Barari, a master community of opulent villas, in Dubailand, is going for expansion.
The second phase of Seventh Heaven, which comprises 157 homes, including duplexes, penthouses, sky villas; and garden homes with private pools on the terrace and access to manicured gardens if located on the ground floor, will go for sale on Feb 2.
A one-bed ‘standard’ home will cost Dh3 million. Standard homes ranges from one- to three-bed units, starting from 2,000 square feet up to 3,850 square feet.
“Seventh Heaven is a continuation of the Al Barari vision to create a community set in the natural environment.
“The design of each home has been carefully constructed so that you are always visually connected to the landscape, whether it be at garden or tree-line level,” said Mohammed Zaal, Chief Executive Officer, Al Barari.
Exclusive homes will vary from one- to four bedrooms starting from 2,970 square foot up to 6,600 square foot. No prices were given for sky villas
