The Hosdurg judicial first class court slapped a fine of Rs 3,000 on him on the grounds of eve teasing and the long arm of the law punished him with a fine for the incident that occurred on November 15, 2010, when the girl was waiting for a bus in front of the Kasaba Higher Secondary School.
