Facebook frenzy over Dubai 'tiger' picture

..A photo of a tiger in a white 4x4, taken outside Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), is causing chaos on social networking site, Facebook, as visitors debate whether or not the photo is real, or if the tiger is a fake.




The photo shows the tiger looking out of the passenger window, seemingly taking in the view. Facebookers are debating the authenticity of the photo. Some are saying they know people who have big cats as pets. Others are saying that they recognize the cat – and the car – from around the UAE, including parties in Abu Dhabi. One user said: “That dude was here in Abu Dhabi three months ago during the Maseera.”



And another said: “It is indeed real – someone brought one to a party once to show off”.



The photo has not yet been authenticated, but anything is possible in Dubai.
